The microclimate of the vineyard in relation to its age (16 years) has helped to make a dynamic wine. 31-year-old 1,000-liter Austrian barrels house half the harvest as the rest rests in concrete egg amphorae and a stainless tank. Batonage with fine lees is applied in all three cases. In the glass it is easy to distinguish its variety, fruits, herbs, a mineral taste and a minerality that is ultimately a product of the microclimate of the area. Sharp acidity in the mouth and volume as a result of batonage in all forms, give a wine for all occasions.
